Or do you want us to acquire the exclusive DVD Manufacturing & Publishing Rights to your film/program/content? (we do not distribute already packaged product on a non-exclusive basis for other publishers).
If you are seeking television distribution, please let us know if you are seeking revenue, or if you have a fully-underwritten program/series and have a budget to secure distribution, carriage, and viewership. Please make only one selection.
Please let us know if you want us to handle worldwide, or only worldwide excluding a specific territory (eg. USA or Canada). Keep in mind that we are less likely to offer a distribution agreement if we cannot control worldwide rights, although we often take on worldwide rights excluding U.S. public television if a program or series is still in syndication to PBS stations.
Please tell us what kind of distribution relationship you seek. Bear in mind that submissions seeking only a Traditional Distribution Agreement must meet much higher standards, because we are at risk for our promotional and marketing investment in them. Note that you must choose a Retainer Agreement option (see TV FAQ) if you are submitting a coproduction project, an unfinished program in need of pre-sales, a pilot, or a reality show format, or if your program does not have all of the rights cleared to its music and/or footage. If your program is not covered by E&O insurance, or if you do not have professional set of deliverables (transcripts, music cue sheets, broadcast-qulaity masters with th proper audio configurations, etc.), we will be more inclined to offer you a Retainer Agreement.

If you are seeking all-media distribution through our Rights Portfolio, please provide us with a submissions history. We need to know which television networks or channels have screened the program already, and we need to know if any other distributors or sales agents have attempted to market this program/series before.
If you are seeking all-media distribution through our Rights Portfolio, please tell us about the audio configuration of your program/series, as we usually will need an M&E track (music and effects, or full mix minus narration) to make the program available to non-English language broadcasters.
