Jacques Pepin Brings A French Flair to Your Chanukah Menu

Chanakuh 2010 kicks off at sundown Wednesday December 1, 2010 in celebration of the re-dedication of the Jerusalem Temple. Commonly known as the 'Festival of Lights', the Chanakuh holiday is observed for 8 nights centered around the 'kindling of the lights' custom for which a candle is lit on each corresponding night. The holiday also also highlights some unique foods (typically cooked in olive oil) like potato latkes. In the special Jacques Pepin's Chanakuh Celebration (1 x 90'), the celebrity chef brings his french flair to the table without sacrificing tradition. In the special, Pepin creates mouth watering dishes including a Veal Roast and Vegetable Pankcake Tempura, an homage to the traditional latke.
