Janson Releases Inspirational Documentary, "Age of Champions"

Janson Media today announced the release of the award-winning feature documentary, Age of Champions (1 x 89') to worldwide television, VOD, and digital markets. The feature-length documentary is also available as a one-hour television special, which premiered in the United States on public television stations nationwide.

The film follows five competitors who sprint, leap, and swim for gold at the National Senior Olympics. Viewers will meet a 100-year-old tennis champion, 86-year-old pole vaulter, and rough-and-tumble basketball grandmothers as they triumph over the limitations of age. The film premiered to a standing ovation at the prestigious Silverdocs Film Festival and has since screened at more than 1,000 venues around the world. The Washington Post called the film &'infectiously inspiring&' and its characters have been featured in major media outlets including ABC, CBS, PBS, and NPR.

Age of Champions was an Official Selection at Silverdocs Film Festival, Austin Film Festival, Cambridge Film Festival, and Doc Miami Film Festival, among others.
