New Documentary Film Warns of Economic Collapse
Janson Media today announced the release of the award-winning feature documentary, Four Horsemen (1 x 97') to worldwide television, digital, VOD, DVD and educational markets. The film is also available as a one-hour television special (1 x 52') and a television series of three half-hours (3 x 30').
The film, whose title is a reference to the dreaded 'Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse,' is an exploration into how four major worldwide crises are now converging as governments and mainstream economists have run out of solutions. Twenty-three international thinkers come together and break their silence about how the world really works, and why there is still hope in re-establishing a moral and just society. Four Horsemen is free from mainstream media propaganda, and refrains from bashing bankers, criticizing politicians or dabbling in conspiracy theories. Meticulously reseached, the film ignites a debate about how we can usher a new economic paradigm into the world which, globally, would dramatically improve the quality of life for billions. The Four Horseman is a cinematic feature documentary which lifts the lid on how the global economy really works. High-profile interviewees include Noam Chomsky, Joseph Stiglitz, John Perkins and Max Keiser.

James Rickards, author of the bestseller, The Death of Money, said this about Four Horsemen: 'There have been many documentaries examining the causes and consequences of the financial panic of 2008 and the resulting economic depression. The Four Horsemen is one of the best and stands out from the crowd because of the diversity and quality of the sources included and the breadth of its historical perspective. What is clear is that the financial panic and new depression are not a matter of &'left&' versus &'right&' but of elites versus everyday citizens. The power elite do not care about ideology, they care about extracting wealth from the rest of us and little more. That self-destructive dynamic is made clear in The Four Horsemen. This film is required viewing for all concerned about rising income inequality or confused about how to preserve wealth in the face of a rapacious assault by so-called leaders.&'
Video Librarian raved, 'Filmmaker Ross Ashcroft"s complex documentary aims to present a kind of unified theory of everything concerning America"s decline. The film"s title refers to four interrelated internal and external problems for the U.S. that may eventually prove catastrophic: financial corruption, wealth inequality, and the chokehold that corporations have on government; the continued exploitation of other countries rich in natural resources but already high in poverty; the rise of terrorism in response to said exploitation; and environmental disasters, including climate change, from unfettered use of fossil fuels.'
