New 'Tracks Ahead' Episode Released on DVD

Janson Media today announced the release of the DVD Tracks Ahead: The Road Railer Story / Tennessee Valley Railroad, Tennessee / The Daylight Story, Oregon (1 x 25'). A production of Milwaukee Public Television, The Road Railer Story... is a DVD adapted from the magazine style series for train lovers of all ages and experiences, Tracks Ahead.

Trains aren"t just about traditional rolling stock anymore. This installment of Tracks Ahead will explore an updated version of some freight hauling technology that has been around for quite a while. Visit with the man who is a nationally renowned guru of steam, Doyle McCormack, and his famous locomotive, the 4449. Visit the Tennessee Valley railroad, and look at an amazing layout and collection of vintage toy trains.

This magazine-style series has a unique appeal for train lovers of all ages, for railroading novices as well as experts, as it explores every aspect of the railroads of the world.
