Pregalates Introduces a Safe and Effective Workout Regimen for Expecting Mothers

Janson Media today announced the release of the exercise series Pregalates (4 x 60') to worldwide television, VOD, digital platforms and non-theatrical markets. The series is a fun and safe way to incorporate pilates into pregnancy and post natal workouts.

In this series of pregnancy focused, pilates workouts, the host, Tasha, will guide you safely and humorously through all three trimesters to keep your body in shape, strengthen your abs, hopefully make labor a little less arduous, and help you maintain control both physically and mentally throughout your pregnancy.

Say goodbye to lower back pain, water retention, "fankles" (a.k.a fat ankles!), weak pelvic floor muscles, bad posture (as a result of growing belly and boobs), and bounce back to your pre-baby weight faster! Pilates is recommended by midwives as the exercise regime of choice during pregnancy.

The Pregalates instructor Tasha was pregnant during the filming of the series so she knows exactly whats possible for pregnant women's bodies. Tasha is a fully qualified PICP instructor who has been an expert and worked with professional athletes for over 10 years.
