Qatar Airways Acquires Episode From 'Discoveries... Asia'

Janson Media announced today that it has licensed an episode from its documentary series Discoveries... Asia to Qatar Airways. As per the agreement, the airline will air episode 3, 'China, Beijing, Great Wall, Xian, Guilin, Hong Kong, Shanghai' on its flights. Episode 103 of Discoveries... Asia travels to Beijing, which has an amazing history exemplified by three of the city"s most impressive historic attractions: Tienanmen Square, The Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. The Great Wall of China was first built in the 7th century as a defense against the Mongolians when China was still divided into many small states and today it still twists and winds along hill crests, gorges, and rivers for thousands of miles. One of the most spectacular landscapes in China is Guilin and the Li River with its limestone towers and the view from a river cruise through its crystal-clear water is outstanding. Discoveries... Asia (4 x 60&'²) was produced by Bennett-Watt Entertainment of Issaquah, Washington. The four-hour HDTV series is now available to international Television, VOD, DVD/Video, Non-Theatrical, and New Media markets, exclusively through Janson Media.
