Cosmic Journeys Series Sold to China, Italy and Korea
Janson Media today announced a raft of new post-MIPCOM broadcast deals for its new space and science television series Cosmic Journeys (14 x 30'). Italian broadcaster RAI, CCTV in the Republic of China, and Pay-TV channel NATV in South Korea have all signed on for the series.
How did the universe begin? Where will it end? Are there other worlds like Earth? The groundbreaking series Cosmic Journeys combs the rubble of exploding stars and dives into gigantic black holes in search of answers to our most pressing questions about the cosmos. Producer Thomas Lucas of Thomas Lucas Productions, Inc. makes use of special effects and high-end computer animations. Popular episodes in the series include The Riddle of Antimatter, The Search for Habitable Planets, Saturn"s Mysterious Moons, The Birth of the Moon, How Large Is the Universe? and The Largest Black Holes in the Universe.
