Janson Media today announced an agreement with Katherine Stull Productions, the premiere producer of how-to programming for public television stations in the United States. The agreement gives Janson Media the exclusive worldwide television rights to three arts and crafts half-hour series, all mainstays on the daytime schedules of most public television stations in the United States. HANDS-ON CRAFTS FOR KIDS (65 X 30&'²), is the popular popular long-running series all about crafts for kids; BEADS, BAUBLES & JEWELS (39 X 30&'²), is a new series designed to inspire viewers to make their own jewelry; and SCRAPBOOK MEMORIES (78 X 30&'²), explores the latest techniques and trends to help with scrapbook projects and teach viewers to preserve cherished family memories. Other arts and crafts-related how-to series in the Janson catalog include CARTOONING WITH BLITZ (101 x 30&'²) hosted by cartoonist Bruce Blitz, and SCHEEWE ART WORKSHOP (188 x 30&'²), with artist Susan Scheewe. Katherine Stull Productions is based in Solon, Ohio, and was established in 1990. In that time, the company has produced eleven different series and over 1600 episodes for public television. Aside from U.S. public television stations, which obtain the series through NETA, the worldwide television, VOD and IPTV rights are now exclusively available from Janson Media.
