Janson Media Announces MIPTV 2008 Slate

Janson Media today announced its slate of programming for MIPTV 2008 to be held in Cannes, France, April 7th through 11th. The company is at MIPTV for the 19th consecutive year, exhibiting at Stand #R30.18, in the Riviera Hall of the Palais des Festivals. Company executives in attendance at the market will be Stephen Janson, Zara Janson, Lynne Warshavsky, and Betsy Van Ost. The company will introduce these new titles at the market:

Travel with Kids (26 x 30'): Join the Roberts family -- young parents and their two boys as they explore top family destinations and learn all the tips and tricks to traveling with kids.

Richard Bangs' Adventures With Purpose: New Zealand: Quest for Kaitiakitanga, In the second episode of the series, the famous adventurer and writer ventures to the southernmost reaches of civilization, in a down under world with an upright worldview.

Globeriders (13 x 30' and 8 x 60'): In the followup to their pilot series, Silk Road Adventure(4 x 60') (an eight-week motorcycle journey from Istanbul to China), the GlobeRiders set out on new adventures across Indochina and then Japan.

America's Team: Being a U.S. Air Force Thunderbird (1 x 60') looks at the Air Force Thunderbirds, who have been thrilling audiences all over the world since the 1950s.

Great Decisions ( 8 x 30' annually): Now in its 22nd season in the USA, this is the longest running TV program devoted solely to international affairs and foreign policy. Produced by the Foreign Policy Association and hosted by former CNN World Affairs Correspondent Ralph Begleiter.

Rome Reports (50 x 30' annually): Weekly series provides extensive reporting from Rome, as it covers of the life of the Church, papal addresses and other current social, political, economic, cultural and religious debates taking place in and around the Vatican.

Secret World of Wellness(3 x 50'): The dream of eternal beauty. The desire to defy death. They have always been there, from the earliest days of mankind. This 3-hour series brings the magic of some of the world's most advanced early cultures back to life: China, Rome and India.
