Newest "Kid Guides" DVD Visits Spy Museum, Franklin Institute

Janson Media today announced the release of the DVD, Kid Guides: Museums. The third title in the Kid Guides DVD Collection, Kid Guides: Museums is adapted from an award-winning, weekly television series. Kid Guides follows two kid hosts, Matt and Brittney, as they travel the world visiting the best zoos, museums, aquariums, and other family destinations. Not only do Matt and Brittney explore these locations like regular tourists, they also go behind-the-scenes with interactive experiences that kids can only dream of. In Kid Guides: Museums, Matt and Brittney visit Philadelphia's Franklin Institute Museum, where they make their way through a giant human heart, learn all about fireworks, take trips in a flight simulator and test their balance on a mechanical surfboard. Brittney gets to ride a Sky Bike high above the museum floor, and Matt gets an ultrasound examination to gain some first-hand knowledge about blood circulation. Of course they meet up with the old man, Ben Franklin himself, who gives them a stimulating lesson about electricity. At their next destination, the two young hosts go undercover at Washington, DC's International Spy Museum, the espionage capital of the world. Here they join 'Operation Secret Slumber,' where kids spend the night at the museum and perform a variety of missions to uncover the mole in their midst. They take a short course in spycraft, learning how to send secret messages, and how to disguise themselves. They even interview a real &'cloak and dagger&' spy who worked undercover in the Middle East. The DVD also includes the special feature Best of Kid Guides.
