Janson and Vision Bring "MoneyTrack" to Korea

Janson Media has entered into an agreement with VEGA Vision of Seoul, to bring MoneyTrack, a public television personal finance and investment series, to television viewers in South Korea.

MoneyTrack co-hosts Pamela Krueger and Jack Gallagher are joined by such guests as TV personality Ben Stein, syndicated personal finance writer Jane Bryant Quinn, and 'Investing 101' reporter Rob Black, who provide tips for those seeking to take greater control over their finances. 'Part of the series is dedicated to teaching investors how to protect themselves against potential abuse,' said Ms. Krueger, executive producer and MoneyTrack host. 'This is an entirely new breed of personal finance programming designed to educate consumers about saving, investing and protecting their assets. We recognize that many consumers are threatened by their lack of understanding about finances. MoneyTrack is designed to show consumers that they do not have to know everything about business or Wall Street in order to retire and live well.' MoneyTrack also includes a layman"s guide to the global economy and a &'Scam Alert&' report to help viewers avoid the most common frauds.

MoneyTrack was produced by NETworth Television Productions in Tiburon, California, and presented by PBS station WHYY of Philadelphia. Proceeds collected from recent settlements with Wall Street brokerage firms were used to fund the series via a sponsorship by The Investor Protection Trust, a not-for-profit organization. The second season II of MoneyTrack (15 new episodes) is in production with a Spring 2007 release date. International TV rights for both seasons are available exclusively through Janson Media.

VEGA Vision is distributor of television content, including reality shows, sports programs, documentaries, lifestyle programs, educational programs, feature films, and animation, and supplies foreign TV content to Korea's major cable, satellite, and broadcast operators.
