Janson Licenses Giant Screen Film to German Broadcaster

Janson Media announced today that it has licensed the title Vikings: Journey to New Worlds from its Giant Screen Film Collection to Germany's Channel N24. The news based channel will hold Free-TV rights (terrestrial, cable, satellite) and Free Video On-Demand Rights of the documentary. Originally filmed for release in IMAX® theaters, Journey to New Worlds provides a comprehensive portrait of the Vikings, exploring their historical and cultural impact as well as their technological and scientific achievements. The Janson Media Giant Screen Films Collection includes other super-sized titles like Siegfried & Roy, Ocean Men and Dinosaurs: Giants of Patagonia, all of which have been down-converted to HDTV.
