Chef Keith Snow Presents 'Harvest Eating'

Janson Media today announced the release of the 4-hour HDTV series, Harvest Eating with Keith Snow, to international Television, VOD, New Media and DVD/Video markets. Filmed in high-definition, and featuring engaging interviews, picturesque locations, easy-to-follow recipes, and delicious food, Harvest Eating is a new lifestyle series about food that is entertaining, inspiring, and informative. Join Chef Keith Snow on a journey to discover local, seasonal, and organic foods, meet the farmers, and learn how easy and healthy it is to live the Harvest Eating lifestyle. Through a combination of in-studio and on-location settings, Harvest Eating provides viewers with a strategy to find, cook and eat healthy high-quality foods grown at local farms, artisan food producers and select retail stores. The show kicks off with Chef Keith Snow on-location in the field, barn, pasture or farmer"s market meeting the people who produce our food. Chef Snow then takes time to share tips on selecting the best foods in the market, and finishes in the kitchen, where he prepares simple seasonal recipes with the featured ingredient. Harvest Eating with Keith Snow (13 x 30') is now available to international Television, VOD, DVD/Video, Non-Theatrical, and New Media markets, exclusively through Janson Media. The series will premiere on U.S. Public Television stations nationwide in the Fall, and is presented by KCTS-TV of Seattle, Washington. Keith's audience will expand when he debuts a new cookbook, aptly titled Harvest Eating.
