Janson Strikes Deal to Bring Culinary Adventure Series to Spanish Market

Janson Media announced today that it has licensed broadcast rights of its cooking series, Chefs A'Field: Kids on the Farm (13 x 30') to Canal Cocina of Spain. The award-winning television series Chefs A"Field: Kids on the Farm offers a culinary adventure for all ages. Viewers join America"s best chefs — and their kids to venture out to the farms, fishing boats and ranches for a look at where great food comes from. In each half hour episode of this entertaining series, viewers will discover why thoughtful agricultural practices make a difference in how foods taste and hold their nutritional value while learning valuable ideas and tips for cooking with their own families. Among the series accolades are the 2008 Parents Choice Award for excellence in family programming, a gold medal in the highly competitive &'Family Programs&' category at the New York Festivals — International Television Broadcasting Awards, and The Film Advisory Board"s Award of Excellence for family programming. Chefs A"Field: Kids on the Farm is a co-production of Warner Hanson Television (Washington, DC) and KCTS Television (Seattle).
